REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable: gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at trypettio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at trypettio@gmail.com
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at trypettio@gmail.com
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
